Delivery 🚚

Whatever your location on the globe, it will cost you absolutely nothing at all if you choose Standard Delivery, accessible to all.

If you wish, we also offer a Secure Delivery, in order to obtain a guarantee against theft, breakage or lost parcels. We also recommend this procedure for expensive orders.

Please note that some of the items in our catalog are very popular which implies slightly longer delivery times than those indicated below.

Delivery times to the United States, Canada and Western Europe:

The processing time of your order, the design of the products and the delivery of your order require our team a lead time of between 10 to 25 working days*. Our team strives to make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

*These deadlines do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions (e.g. customs control), strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of HeatedGlove™.

We deliver our products internationally. Delivery times for the following countries can be more than 3 weeks: South Africa, Peru, Bulgaria, Argentina, Romania and French Polynesia.

If your tracking number doesn't show any information, don't worry. Tracking information is usually available after 3 to 5 days for the carrier to update it.

Depending on the type of item you ordered, you may receive different packages. We have indeed several warehouses and thus to optimize the delivery times and to avoid that you wait too much, you will be able to receive your articles in different parcels. 

My order 📦

You can keep an eye on the progress of all your orders placed on HeatedGlove™. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your order number. You will then just need to enter your order number on our tracking platform

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website. The tracking information will be visible 3 to 5 working days after receiving your tracking number. 

Of course this is possible! However, if your Order already has the status "in preparation", the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

First of all, check that you have not received this email in your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, don't panic, contact our customer service and we will help you!

Our products 🧤

Dispose of your heated gloves with approved collection agencies only! Protect our environment, do not throw the gloves in your normal household garbage. Dispose of batteries separately.

We do not recommend using a machine wash, a machine wash will damage the heating element inside. Clean the gloves by hand using only mild detergent.

At HeatedGlove™ we strive to deliver superior quality clothing using premium materials. We design our products with materials that combine quality and durability. The materials used are indicated in the description of each item.

Most batteries will not be fully charged, so you should charge them for at least 4 hours when you receive them.

We accept Credit Cards as well as Debit Cards for the moment.

We will not be provided with your bank or credit card information under any circumstances. Please note that all payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor.

If your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email and the amount due will be debited within 24 hours.

If your card is not authorized, it will not be charged. This is a rejection by the bank, in this case please use another payment method.

Return and refund 💸

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the Product.

Our Articles undergo very strict Quality Controls before each shipment. However, if your Products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the Product in question (in the original packaging) to info@heated-glove.com along with your order number.

Obviously, to be eligible for a return, your Product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

⚠️ All package returns made after the legal withdrawal period (14 days from the delivery date) will not be refunded.

Refunds are made by the same means of payment used to place the order. Refund periods are from 2 to 14 days.
